This fast-tracked, design-intensive project required precise coordination, after-hours execution, and zero disruption to the hotel’s daily operations. The scope of work included the installation of a completely new air-conditioning system, upgraded electrical infrastructure, and custom lighting throughout the space. A standout feature of the renovation was the fabrication and installation of a bespoke quartz bar, complemented by a dramatic quartz ceiling detail that anchors the room with contemporary elegance. Hand-painted ceiling panels added a layer of artisanal craftsmanship, while custom joinery, tailored furniture, and off-site manufactured finishes brought the design vision to life with precision.
